Yesterday I sold an awesome 4.2 acre lot that has huge long-range mountain views looking straight out at the South Mountain State Park.
This lot was only priced at $89,900 and featured huge views, easy building site with easy paved road access.
It seems that since the summer season started our sales have really picked up!
