Sales at South Mountain Peaks and Grandview Peaks in Western North Carolina are strong and steady. This Fall has been a great season for our sales with many of the sales coming from the North East. Folks are telling me they do not want to live there retirement  years in the cold  and snow.

Located in Rutherford  and McDowell Counties of Western North Carolina our wenter weather is very mild with just two or three inches of  snow per year (if we get real lucky)
