Good Luck to Ken Jordan and his crew!

The following was sent to all the Hickory Nut Gorge Chamber members.

“Dear fellow business owner: As you know, the real estate industry is in the midst of a perfect storm with low sales activity, high energy costs, and significant other economic concerns.

Since 2001 it has been our pleasure to help buyers and sellers realize their dreams in the mountains of North Carolina. Now, on the advice of our CPA, we will be closing our ERA LakesEdge Realty office. I expect that the real estate market will rebound as it always has, and at that point we will likely explore the options of reviving the business.

In the meantime, I want to mention that even though our office may be closed, our Lake Guys “brand” and the associated graphic with red canoes and paddlers as well as LakesEdge Realty are trademarked, and should you see someone attempting to use them please remind them that it is illegal to do so, or contact me and I will follow up.
