Over the years I have worked in association with Fall Creek Land Co, Mountain Creek Land Co and other prominent leading Developers in the development of mountain retreat, vacation and retirement properties located in the Western North Carolina, Rutherford, McDowell and Cleveland Counties areas. Some of our projects include Golden Valley Estates, Yellowtop Mountain Estates, The Summit, South Mountain Peaks, Grandview Peaks, Cascade Highlands, Green River Highlands, Sweetbriar Farms, Richardson Creek.
